Speeding
We have many of our children playing outside, taking walks and riding bikes. Slow down when driving in the community and inform your visitors.
Blocking traffic
Vehicles are blocking the entrance from entering and leaving the community causing the blocking view of oncoming traffic.
Parking
It is illegal to park less than 30 feet from a stop sign, within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, or within 15 feet from a curb.
Theft
Look out for each other and report suspicious activity. Leaving porch lights on would help especially on the dark streets. If you see a vehicle that looks out of place report it.
